Classic Recipe (Shaken)
The traditional, non-frozen Grasshopper consists of equal parts of three main ingredients:

  • 1 oz Green Crème de Menthe
  • 1 oz White Crème de Cacao
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream (or 2 oz, according to some recipes)
  • Instructions: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously until chilled, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe
